I am a Textile Designer with a background in the design and fabrication of textiles for interiors. Prior to completing an MDes in Technology at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, I earned a BFA in Textiles from Rhode Island School of Design, and went on to design for leading manufacturers and suppliers of textiles to commercial architects and designers in New York City.

My research addresses the relationship between Textiles, Architecture, and Product Design and how changes in technology can influence the intersection between these industries, as well as influence how materials get developed and specified at the onset of an architectural design/project. I am currently exploring methods for modeling, fabricating, and actuating materials.
